Behind the bench, Paul brings a lifetime of hands-on expertise. He’s been in the jewelry industry since 1975 and has spent more than 45 years specializing in jewelry repair and custom work. Whether restoring a piece with history or creating something entirely new, his craftsmanship is built to last.

Over two decades ago, Katharine founded the store with a vision rooted in craftsmanship and personal service. Long before opening the doors at Jewells Fine Jewelry, she spent more than 25 years as a bench jeweler, working out of her home and supporting seven local jewelry stores. Today, she’s still an active part of the team, continuing to shape the standards the business was built on.

With over 30 years in the industry, William Frost brings a well-rounded perspective from both retail and wholesale. His 11 years on the retail floor and 22 years on the wholesale side give him a unique advantage when it comes to quality, value, and sourcing. As an AJP-certified professional through the Gemological Institute of America, his approach is grounded in knowledge you can trust.

 

And the next generation is already taking shape. Matthew and Becca are working alongside William, learning every aspect of the business and carrying forward the values that built it-honesty, quality, and attention to detail.
